As a\nmember of the respective working groups of ETSI-ITS and the so-called Car to\nCar Communication Consortium (C2C-CC), the research group is mainly concerned\nwith the use of telematic systems to increase traffic safety and traffic\nefficiency. For this purpose, extensive projects such as sim<sup>TD<\/sup>,\nCONVERGE and others have already been realized in the past in cooperation with\nrenowned research institutions and automobile manufacturers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to its\ncompetence in communications concepts in the fields of ITS, electric mobility\nand automated driving, the research group is distinguished above all by its\ntransport and business expertise.
